Men’s Activities

Building friendships between men and including men from all around the church. We think that’s really important. Men can help to build each other up in their love of Jesus and help each other find out how to serve him in practical ways.

Men’s Breakfast

Each Breakfast has time for discussion, a Get to Know slot, opportunities for feedback and of course a hearty Breakfast. We meet at 8:00 am - 9:15 am on the Saturdays listed below. Additional events/outings which offer the opportunity to build friendships are announced at each breakfast.

The aim of this Men's Breakfast series is to encourage growth in faith.

Speaker: Adam Pengilly, Sportsman and IOC Member Winter Games PyeongChang 2018.

There has been a football team at Widcombe for nearly a hundred years. Our team Widcombe Wanderers is made up of players from various churches across Bath. The team gives people the chance to have fellowship with others and at the same time is also used as an outreach. We currently play in the Bristol Churches League Division 2 against teams from churches across Bristol and Bath. Games take place on Saturday mornings with home games played at the University of Bath.

The team is open to everyone and can be a great way to witness to non Christians. We are always delighted to welcome new members and enthusiastic supporters are highly valued! If you would like to play or want more information, please contact Stephen on e-mail:
